Hip and ankle mobility - FREE Video

If you are having lower back and knee injuries sometimes you need to look up and below the affected area. Poor hip mobility and limited ankle mobility can cause poor movement patterns which can not only lead to injury but can effect your performance.


Keeping the ankle and hip joint mobile are essential in keeping athletes healthy and in maintaining performance. If you have better range of motion in these joints then your movement becomes more efficient and smoother making you a stronger athlete.
