SAQ camps are soccer oriented to help young athletes develop speed, agility, quickness, strength and power. We use the newest techniques and professional equipment. We push athletes to the limit, yet recognize the importance of the work to rest ratio and that each individual athlete is unique Correcting running form greatly improves a young athlete’s sports performance in their developmental years. Poor linear running form not only hinders sports performance now for pre-adolescents, but if form is not corrected it can lead to injuries including joint problems in hips, ankles and shoulders later in life. Acceleration is the key to soccer performance. It is the most trainable component of speed. Acceleration is the rate of change in velocity that allows the player to reach maximum speed in a minimum amount of time.

PERSONAL TRAINING
A teacher or coach can make all the difference in the world to aspiring young athletes whether it be developing speed or skills. Sessions are designed specifically for each individual while following a successful program to help the athlete achieve results. Our goal is to coach, motivate and help each athlete to reach their potential and beyond. Each session is 30 min, 60 min or 90 min Prices include - $25 – 30 min for 1 person
- $50 – 60 min for 1 person
- $75 – 90 min for 1 person
- Buy 5 get 1 FREE if pay in advance.
Sessions include: - Warm-up and cool down
- Finishing techniques
- Dribbling and turns
- 1v1 moves and tight space moves
- Speed training, including balance, power, strength, explosiveness, reaction speed.
- Defending
- Passing and receiving
- Heading
- Combination play
- Tactical work including runs off the ball
